Creativephy will not make fake promises or guaranteed results. All services are subject to our No Refund & Cancellation Policy. Advance payments are required to begin work.
4. Service Delivery Policy
Creativephy ensures professional and timely delivery of services including Social Media, Performance Marketing, Branding, Website Development, and Digital Strategy.
Creativephy is not responsible for:
- Ad rejections or Account suspensions due to platform guideline violations.
- Performance changes due to algorithm updates.
- Low results caused by budget, competition, or product quality.
All clients must provide timely approvals and content; delays may affect delivery timelines.
5. Digital & Online Safety
All digital work will comply with Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platform guidelines. Employees must ensure data protection and maintain secure communication channels. Company devices and software must not be used for unauthorized purposes.
6. Payment & Financial Policy
- All services require advance payment, which is non-refundable.
- Client invoices must be cleared on or before the agreed due date.
- Any third-party expenses (ads, hosting, domains, software) are non-refundable.
7. Confidentiality Policy
Client and company information must not be shared outside authorized personnel. Data, reports, strategies, and creative content are the intellectual property of Creativephy Pvt. Ltd. Employees must sign NDAs where applicable.

9. Work From Home & Online Operations
Creativephy operates primarily online. Employees working remotely must ensure secure access, timely communication, and productivity. Offline meetings or consultations are optional and charged separately.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes with clients, employees, or partners will be resolved through professional discussion first. If unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
11. Policy Acceptance
