1. Strict No Refund Policy
Creativephy Pvt. Ltd. does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
This is because our services are digital, intellectual, and time-based, which once utilized cannot be returned. We do not make fake promises, and all services are delivered as per the agreed scope of work. Once the project begins or any resources are allocated, the service is considered used.
There will be no refund for:
- Partial work done
- Change of mind
- Delay from the client side
- Unclear requirements from the client
- Any dissatisfaction after service delivery
2. No Refund for Platform/Account Issues
We follow advertising guidelines of Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc., but Creativephy Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for:
- Account suspension or restriction
- Ad disapproval or rejection
- Verification denial
- Policy violation warnings
If your account gets suspended due to platform guidelines, previous violations, or poor account history:
➡️ No refund will be processed.
These issues depend solely on platform policies and are not in our control.
3. No Refund for Ad Performance
We ensure professionalism in campaign setup & management. However, performance can vary based on market conditions.
Creativephy is NOT responsible for:
- High competition or Algorithm changes
- Low-quality creatives provided by the client
- Ineffective product/service
- Insufficient budgets
- Narrow audience targeting
➡️ No refund will be provided for performance-related dissatisfaction.
4. No Cancellation After Project Start
Once the service is initiated, project is allocated, work has commenced, or resources are assigned, the order cannot be cancelled.
5. Advance Payment Policy
- • All advance payments are 100% non-refundable.
- • If you proceed with our services, the advance amount will be adjusted in the final billing.
- • If you stop the project midway, the advance will not be refunded.
6. No Refund for 100% Online Process
Our entire workflow is online. No offline meeting is required unless paid consultation is booked.
➡️ If a client demands an offline meeting, consultation charges depend on location & destination and are non-refundable.
7. Service Delivery & Performance Disclaimer
Creativephy Pvt. Ltd. ensures timely and professional delivery of services; however, we are NOT liable for:
- Platform policy compliance issues
- Decreased performance due to algorithm changes
- Delayed performance due to client side issues
- Low or insufficient budget
➡️ No refund will be issued for performance, results, or expectation mismatch.
