2. Payments & Refunds
Why does Creativephy take advance payment?
Because our services are time-based, resource-based, and digital. Once the project starts, planning, manpower, and tools are allocated. Therefore, all advance payments are non-refundable.

No. Creativephy Pvt. Ltd. follows a strict No Refund Policy. Refunds are not applicable once work has started or services have been utilized.

Will I get a refund if my ad account gets suspended?
No. If your ad account gets suspended due to Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or platform guideline violations, no refund will be provided. Account safety and compliance are the client’s responsibility.
Is Creativephy responsible if my ads get rejected?
No. Ad rejections usually occur due to platform policies or product/service guidelines. Creativephy is responsible for professional delivery, not ad approval.
Does Creativephy guarantee results?
We do not make fake promises. Ad performance depends on market demand, product quality, competition, budget, and platform algorithms. Therefore, 100% guaranteed results are not possible.

What is the average delivery timeline?
Timelines vary based on service type:

Are revisions included?

If the client delays approvals or content submission, the delivery timeline automatically extends. Creativephy is not responsible for such delays.
